Are you facing Foreclosure? Below is a video made about scams out there, and there are plenty of them. In some cases lenders will try and work with you, but some will not. Those that will not work with you, spread the word, tell everybody you know. You see, we the people have a great voice when we really apply ourselves. Whenever you buy, shop, or do business with bad, even evil people, you are supporting them. By supporting them you are telling them that whatever they do is ok, nobody cares. Put it on blogs, myspace, and everywhere you can. Whenever you see someone else that has been wronged, support each other by not doing business with bad or evil people. For Instance, I will not wear Nike shoes. I even turned down a free pair.

If you can't work it out with the Lender, do not wait until the last minute to try and sell. Read that twice, it is the best advice you can have. I'm not much on FSBO, I wouldn't even want to try and sell my own property, too much liability. Yes I know, many Realtors buy and sell property, I don't. There is something I find ethically wrong with that, but maybe that's just me. Most of us have people we work with that do buy and resale homes, or, maybe somebody that needs a home in that price range. Sometimes that doesn't happen. Time is critical. By listing your house we expose it to many other Realtors that can sell your home, plus the general public. It is not cheap to do but hopefully the property will sell quick enough for us to make a profit. Still, it takes the right person to want that home with the right funds, and sometimes that takes time. Nobody can or should guarantee you that your home will sell fast.

FSBOs are leaving themselves open to a lot. Yes, there are sites that advertise it for you but you open yourself to thieves, in more ways than one. Assaults, breaking and entering, and if the average person had a clue how many ways people can sham you out of your house, or sue you (either way you provide them a free house), they probably would think twice. Evil people are always inventing new scams to scam you out of your home. Some Realtors will broker the deal for you for an agreed amount, which is usually much less than normal commissions which vary in your area. That at least takes away lessens the chance of bad things that can happen legally, but it still places you and your family and belongings at physical risk while you attempt to sell your home. Some will read this and say, oh yea, scare tactics, he's just wanting to make money. Well yes, I do want to make money, but earn it. It is your life(s), and your choice, I'm just stating facts. Also watch the video below. Educate Yourself.

While it is your home, and I know you're proud of it, that's a good thing, you should be. Remind yourself that while you have these feelings, it may take time to sell your house, because others haven't built that attachment to your home that you have. Either way, Realtor or FSOB, it may take time, pace yourself accordingly and leave yourself extra time to sell the property. The one thing you can not invent, or buy, or make is time.
