Buying -

1. I will represent you to the best of my ability.
2. Find you a good house at a decent price.
3. I will be there for you after the sale if you need me.
4. I will not use aggressive tactics to get you to buy or tricks.
5. I am a member of 3 MLS Boards.
6. I am reachable by cell until 12 pm.   

Selling your property-

1. Your property will be advertised on the Internet on Several sites.
2. Each property listed will have a separate web page dedicated to that property.
3. Virtual Tours and Virtual Slide shows on each property. 
4. Your property may be advertised in Magazines and/or Local Newspapers.
5. Occasionally I also advertise in National books and other State and national magazine property books.
6. Your property will aggressively market your property using all avenues around. 
7. I split commission 50/50 with other Realtors®.
8. Your property will be listed on  3 MLS Boards.  Lakeway Area, Great Smokey Mountain, & Knox Area MLS.
9. Your choice of having a sign placed in your yard or not.
10. Your choice of a lock box or not.  
11. You only owe when your property sells, the percentage we have written down and agreed upon
