Buying -
- I will represent you to the best of my ability.
- Find you a good house at a decent price.
- I will be there for you after the sale if you
need me.
- I will not use aggressive tactics or tricks to get you to
buy.
- I am a member of 2 MLS Boards.
- I am reachable by cell until 12 pm 7 days a week.
Selling your property-
- Your property will be advertised on the
Internet on Several sites.
- Each property listed will have a separate web page dedicated to that
property.
- Virtual Tours and Virtual Slide shows on each property.
- Your property advertised in Magazines and/or
Local Newspapers.
- Occasionally I also advertise in National books
and other State and national magazine property books.
- Your property will be aggressively marketed using all
avenues around.
- I split commission 50/50 with other Realtors®.Unless
othewise noted by seller.
- Your property will be listed on
2 MLS Boards. Lakeway Area, Knox
Area MLS.
- Your choice of having a sign placed in your yard or not.
- Your choice of a lock box or not.
- You only owe when your property sells, the percentage we have written
down and agreed upon, nothing more.
- I am available on my Cell until 12pm 7 days a week, later if you
need.
REO's
- Broker Inspections done in the time frame you need.
- Broker Price Opinions turn around time is 48 hours or less. (usually
within 24 hours)
- Your property is marketed properly.
- Your property management demands are met for the property to your
specifications.
- At closings I handle all your needs to get the property closed in a
timely, accurate fashion to your specifications.
Broker Price Opinions (BPO)
- Turn around within 48 hours or less. (usually 24 hours)
- Reasonable and agreed price.
- Accurate Fair Markey Value you can expect from the sale of the
property.
- Interior
- Exterior
- Initial Checks.
- Photos without BPO
I'm sure there are more but this will kind of give you an ideal what you do
and don't get.
